Marketing Services: Refunds for marketing services are not provided based on the results or performance of any marketing campaign. Once the service has been delivered, it is considered final.

SaaS Tool - ReplyReviews.com: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription to our SaaS tool, ReplyReviews.com, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining replies during the subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at contact@replyreviews.com within 7 days, and we will initiate the refund of the remaining replies within 2-3 days.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.
